Parking Rules Reminder

Dear Provincia Villas Homeowners,

Provincia Villa's parking restrictions will continue to be enforced in accordance with the community's rules and policies. An overview of the Parking Policy can be found here or at the PV resident portal. 

Here are a few reminders of the Parking Policy:

• Parking against traffic is not permitted. Vehicles must be parked in accordance with the flow of traffic.
• Parking is permitted in the home driveways that are long enough to completely park the vehicle without protruding in the Pod driveway. If any part of the vehicle is protruding, the vehicle will be subject to towing.
• Vehicle parking in the general areas of the resident Pods is not allowed at any time. 
• Vehicles displaying expired registration tags will be considered inoperable and will be tagged with a warning sticker. If the vehicle is not moved or the tag is not updated, the vehicle will be subject to towing.
