Wall Update

Dear Provincia Villas Homeowners,

As we enter the New Year, one of our first priorities is to address the condition of the perimeter wall. The HOA is currently accepting bids from contractors and will review them to determine the best path forward. Suffice to say there are parts of the wall that are in very bad shape. With this, we are considering all options, including replacing the wall with a sturdier, longer lasting material. While a project of this scope may entail a significant amount of time and money, we feel this will be the best option for the community in terms of security and appearance.  More details will be provided to you once a final decision is made. We appreciate your patience as we continue work on this extensive project for our community.
