Trash/Recycling Policy Reminder

Dear Provincia Villas Homeowners,

It has been noted by many that we as a whole community have not been following the trash/recycling policy and as a result, the appearance of the community has suffered. From your feedback and observations....

• Bins are left on the street during the week
• Bins are visible on the homeowners property from all angles
• Trash/boxes are left on the ground
• Bins are overfilled and cannot close
• Homeowners are using trash containers that belong to others
• There are some excess bins without claim to ownership.  

As a reminder, our trash policy is very clear. All bins must be stored completely out of sight. They cannot be stored in sight within the pod but must be stored in the garage or backyard. 

Bins may be placed out of for pickup as early as 6:00pm prior to trash collection day and must be taken back to storage by 10:00pm on the day of pick-up.  Based on normal pick-up schedule, bins can be on the street only during these two windows:

           1. Sunday pm-Monday 10 pm (Monday pick-up day for recycling bins)

           2. Wednesday pm-Thursday pm (Thursday pick-up day for trash bins)
