ATTENTION - PROVINCIA VILLAS RESIDENTS

Dear Provincia Villas Residents,

We wanted to inform you about an upcoming inventory of trash cans within our community. This inventory is an essential part of our ongoing efforts to improve waste management and ensure that our community remains clean and well-maintained.

Here are some important details regarding the upcoming inventory:

**Date and Time: The inventory will take place on October 2nd and begin at 8am. Please note that this process should not cause any disruption to your daily routines, and the inventory team will work diligently to minimize any inconvenience.

**Purpose: The purpose of this inventory is for SA Solid Waste Management (SWM) to assess the condition
and availability of trash cans throughout the community. This information will help them make informed decisions about replacements, repairs, and upgrades to their waste management infrastructure. It will also enable SWM to identify and remove any abandoned cans from the community.

**What to Expect: You may notice a team of personnel moving around the community, inspecting and documenting the condition and identification number of each trash can. 

**Your Cooperation: We kindly request your cooperation during this process. Please place your BROWN TRASH CAN(s) in front of your garage door either the night before or the morning of October 2nd. Please make sure they are set out prior to 8am of the day of inventory. 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we carry out this important inventory. It is through such initiatives that we can continue to enhance the overall quality of life in our community.
