Dear Provincia Villas Residents,

Effective May 1st, Provincia Villas will be managed by Lifetime HOA Management. 

As Provincia Villas transitions, the goal is to have a smooth transition with little-to-no stress for the community. Lifetime HOA Management company will work in tandem with the previous management company to ensure that all documents and information are transferred as seamlessly as possible. A thorough transition process is critical for your community, and most times, this can take more than a few weeks.

The new welcome letters have been mailed to homeowners with all account information. Once you receive your Welcome Letters with account information, you can create a “Login ID and Password.” If you have previously set up any automatic payments or e-payments, please change the billing address and account information to prevent any missed routed payments. 

However, the homeowner portal might not be updated with any account transaction history. Once we receive all the account history from the previous management company, we will provide an update.
