You’re probably aware of the gate issues at PV. Please know that they are being addressed and will be repaired very soon!

At last inspection, it was determined that there is some faulty wiring as a result of not having been serviced in some time. We have been in contact with the vendor and we will soon have the repairs completed. In addition, we are also looking to perform some much needed maintenance on the gates such as replacing an old belt, controller upgrades and installing battery backups (this upgrade will ensure the gates will be operational in the event of a power outage).

 We have also received an estimate for a maintenance contract so we can continue to keep the units in good working order and help prevent any major issues from happening.
